  1. Unlawful arrest. Disorderly conduct is a military charge, police cannot be complainant. He was already not on the property, therefore only a trespass warning is required. You do not have to ID for that now if he was on property and refused to leave THEN he would have to identify. These cops are thugs without knowledge of law.
