Would love a military themed update the game has massive replay ability if only they add more stuff to keep it alive and thriving instead of focusing only on the gta franchise if they reworked the store on this game and added more content this came could easily match gta 5 in profits and player numbers but they need to advertise and add more stuff for us to do. A military role or something would be interesting give us the ability to take place in major skirmishes earn cosmetics and add new weapons and carriages it would excite us there’s still an enthusiastic group on here who enjoy the Roleplay aspects.
Rockstar haven't said anything about abandoning RDO they just say not to expect any big updates while they are working on getting gta 6 completed so don't understand why everyone is saying goodbye these past few months I've notice and big number and players coming onto RDO so what are you all talking about

Just got the game yesterday I feel like rockstar just stole my money….
They need to add homes and farms u can own, and where u can rob houses and stores , they need to add everything like u can in story mode
Heists and properties, a ranching business. How fuckin hard is that??? I have deleted the game from my PS until they add these and refuse to play until they honour the communities wishes. I will probably die before that happens

9 minutes is a long time to literally just say that they didnt say shit about red dead online. They didnt address that it is literally unsafe for PC players to play online because hackers are DDosing and accessing information THROUGH THE SERVERS!!! they didnt say anything about the future of the game other than, "we are moving the resources from red dead to GTA 6" and "we will be implementing a new telegram mission" both of those things mean absolutely nothing. Rock* gives not 1 fuck about their community or players and they never will.
Rockstar came to there senses a long time ago, they make bank off of gta. Every read dead so far has went the same way. They will hype it and people have all this hope so they buy it and then rockstar makes the money they needed and they just put little to no attention in it. Lol the creators of games have the upper hand, there needs to be a revolution or they will continue to do the same thing over and over.

Sadly it’s the same. I’ll leave the game uninstalled for now. & no I won’t reinstall for telegram missions. Just isn’t worth the time.

Rockstar doesn't deserve this playerbase. I will never buy another R* game unless it's another red dead. Seriously I refuse to support this company who had arguably one of the most committed unsupported player bases online. However the stockholm syndrome is over. Just disgusting that a company with so much capability, $ and following would choose to just abandon it. There is really nothing but the mighty $ anymore in the gaming industry, and it will kill it slowly.

I have a question that somebody here might be able to answer– Hazard– Maybe you understand this better than most.
Why doesn't Rockstar just re-release some of the old Wheeler club stuff again? Or some of the clothes that were limited addition? It seems like it would be an easy way to placate at least a few of the newer players such as myself. Just wanted to know if anyone knows why they don't do this.
For the number of disgruntled RDO fans out there, the hashtag should be #LetMakeABetterRDO and create a new studio to make it. We all know there is money out there to support it. I am not a programmer but I can make up backstory all day. We need to crowd-source a RDO-styled game with people who actually want to make and support the game world we all create.

It doesn't make sense for Rockstar to ignore the Red dead community when those same supporters play GTA 5 as well. How are they going to create an online server then say screw it when people are actually reaching out still showing interest in the online experience?
Ig they already have enough money not even care and just say flop the game, that's just crazy to me.

If I haven't stopped playing the game yet as bad as these updates have been Ben I'm not gonna stop This game is always in the fun and personally I would play this over GTAI would love to see an update where they let us build homes and hide out what but you know
I believe this is the saddest news in gaming in a long time. I’m a serious gamer. Everything from Pokémon, world of Warcraft, to elden ring and rdr2. I am in no way here to take away from gta 5. It was an amazing game for its time and revolutionized open worlds. However rdr2 is by far a better game. The best game to come out in over a decade. And rockstars not abandoning it for gta 6. They are abandoning it for gta 5. They could easily take support away from gta 5 which has seen 3 generations of consoles, to work on the new installment, while improving rdo. But no… they abandon a modern masterpiece for an older cash cow, while working on the new cash cow. I have purchased every gta game there is, but after this, I will not buy another again. The rdr series is the only product I will buy from Rockstar ever again. The red dead online game, and community, deserve soooooo much better.

Rockstar can add to GTA online for 8 years but Red Dead Online they stop after 3 and a half? They are being stupid. RDRII is filled with so much detail, so many places, people. It has so much depth, that the possibilities are endless. There's so much they could do. Maybe all of us should send them an email through their tech support. Or maybe someone should get a petition going, titled "keep Red Dead Online alive"
