This man has the audacity to call the Officer a demon when he and his coworkers were all clearly saints to have the capacity to endure his constant ramblings. He actually appeared to be a tormented soul himself with the constant repeating cycle of such extreme contempt then gratitude. Maybe the Officers serve him with papers for the verbal whiplash!
