  1. I have got strong legs and this workout is very easy for me , but my thighs are huge and calves too, what should I do, who don’t I feel any pain doing these exercises , am I doing each one of it wrong

  2. im so nervous for highschool, and when the challenge ends imma go to a different school, so everyday it's like a countdown for the end of the challenge but also the start of highschool, a new class, new subjects and new school im sooo scareeed asbdahdbkaed

    gonna be doing this workout for the next 2 weeks + tracking progress, here goes:

    ✦day 1(9/2): my abs are on fire I had to take longer breaks. -_-u

    ✦ day 2 (9/3): abs are hurting and had to take it slower but I did it! Be back tomorrow~

    ✦ day 3 (9/4): omg I'm dying this is NOT easy for me but I'm not giving up!!

    ✦ day 4 (9/6): missed a day so I got it done today. Doesn't feel easier, my abs hurt so I'd say it'd enough, be back tomorrow.

    ✦ day 5 (9/11): everything hurts but I've returned. Last one vid of the workout.
    ✦ day 7 (9/13): this is more difficult when ur tired af
