  2. I started a few days ago, every time I can only do the warm up and the first minute of training, then I collapse feeling super weak. Has this happened to anyone else? Does it get better afterwards?

  7. I am doing the 2021 two week shred this is how its going (gonna be completly honest)
    Kg: 76,5
    Height: 172cm
    Legs : 67cm
    Lower belly: 104cm
    Waist: 97cm
    Hips:117cm
    Day 1: i did 3 workouts i could not do the other 2 videos
    Day 2: i did 3 workouts (not doing warmup and cooldown bc i have my own version of those)
    Day 3: did all 3 of the vids i actually kinda did the high impact mostly 😙

To everyone who is starting it just keeping going don't stop i myself loose 3 kgs and now i don't know how i gain 1 kg ( maybe not doing the exercise and dieting proper for few days) but i am not stopping yes i am a bit disappointed but this is for us and the transformation shown in hers apps are after completing many challenges so don't stop its for you for your self love and confidence and if not in 1 challenges then in 2 in 3 in4 but it will be possible so don't give up cause i am also not giving up

    Update I didn't stop and now my weight is 66.8 I am still working to reduce it more and hope that you will too

  9. Я была так увлечена спортом,что не заметила как видео закончилось. Я АРМИ 💜 и хочу сказать что смотря как БТС стараются во всем,мне тоже хочется. Особенно когда не смотря на то что спортом заниматься не легко, но Чонгук продолжает усердствовать. Мне это дает сил ^^.     I used by resistance band it fucking snatched broke😂💀
