  2. NOPE! The video started out good, but some of these routines are NOT good for overweight people. Knees are going to be damaged permanently by some of these exercises. Please stretch lightly and walk several months before you try these routines. Obviously yet another video by someone who doesn't understand body mechanics, ligaments of the human body, and weights.

  3. I used to lift weights all the time before my first command, then getting swamped with work, depression, then a child. I'm doing this to get back into the shape i was without shellijg money into a gym

  4. Might take me 10 days rest to recover. Lol. Not exercised properly since before COVID as I broke my foot playing football just before COVID and have never got back in the habit of exercising. These should help me get there though.
