as far as this trial is concerned um do we not need a plaintiff here before civil action may proceed? not only do we need a victim do we not also need damages? in a civil trial by preponderance, 50/50 as apposed to criminal beyond a reasonable doubt where sentences can be both money and time with preponderance there is no time, awards are generally generally monetary so I have to ask this very queery question that's been bugging the tar out of me..

what damages are being sought and for whom, i've NEVER heard of a civil lawsuit where there is no plaintiff yet monetary awards are being sought? people need to understand this bond inst your typical jail bond like hey bud can ya bail me out again? no its simply more of a there was a monetary judgement, what kind of judgement appears to be a mystery, scooby doo might have to unpack this one for us but who or where is this bond going to be held, the court? the jurisdiction? the plaintiffs attorney? could this be why she was so despondent when it was lowered, does she have a notion this money will end up in her coffers? I smell a rat . .
and last but not LEAST … what are the DAMAGES that equal such compensation? 475 million is an awful lot of damages, what exactly are they? if you don't think "WE THE PEOPLE" shouldn't be privy to said damages you're dead wrong! DEAD WRONG!!! WE THE PEOPLE own the courtroom where said case is being heard!, we own the building you're hearing said case in AND WE OWN THOSE WHO ARE SITTING ON THE BENCH AND PROSECUTION! or would that be representing the plaintiff, very confused here who exactly is the plaintiff?
AND AGAIN WHAT ARE THE DAMAGES!!!!
