If the lawful responsibility of the Senate is to hold a trial after the articles of impeachment are delivered by the House of Representatives and they then refuse to hold that trial, those who voted to dismiss the trial should be held in contempt, and prosecuted. There need not be any further debate. They have broken the law and should be held accountable.
