The whole idea of a social class is that it is a broader sociological strata than any person or group of people. The United States ruling class is composed of easily one million rich people. Within that sociological strata different groups manifest power at different times. In countries that fell to fascism in Europe in the 1920's and 1930's, the fascist leaders were almost never members of the ruling class prior to coming to power, they had to negotiate pacts with representatives of the class . . . for example, for the Nazis, Herman Goering was the key party member who could easily communicate with the German ruling class. Trump doesn't need a Goring because he can call up billionaire buddies any time but he still has to negotiate with the class.

The judge is really the referee and totally independent making sure both sides the defence and the prosecution are following the letter of the law and also advising the jury.
Between Trump Costello and Justice dept they stitched Cohen up and sent him to prison to shut him up, then on his release tried to re-imprison him.
