  1. Of course he is into bjj and grappling when he has the physique of a 12 year old girl xaxa.

Every girl who trains judo seriously for 7-8 years and is 12-13 years old is curpulent for him, look at his torso, shoulders and arms like a child trying to develop.

I guess it's that dangerous sport of bjj that develops you so physically

  2. There is a big problem with these mega podcasts, Lex is early days and still has some balance but the likes of Rogan etc have become dangerous. They achieved success through some level of skill but mostly timing and technology. They have conflated this success with monetisation which has now evolved into the proliferation of others hunting this same business model. We are seeing inauthentic mouthpieces delivering content simply to tap into the cash cow of controversy, fear and division. Essentially new versions of legacy media, you are either fox or cnn or way further right / left. More concerning are the voices that would normally be on the fringes of society (for good reason) are now being platformed to enormous audiences. Dangerous times and Rogan et al should be held to account. Hopefully it happens organically but it might already be too late.

  3. Some people think black belt is the point where you're the master. That's when the learning starts. It's fascinating with how small things Travis makes it completely effortless and almost totally controls, how it looks fairly even until suddenly you're on his back. I just love judo.

  4. За одно занятие вряд ли можно что-то серьезно выучить, но научиться грамотно приземляться после броска дорогого стоит.
