Terrible Referee, whenever they looked like clinching, he was in there, pulling the fighters apart, let the fighters try work their way out first, like Richard Steel used to say…'Punch & get out!' The clinch is part of the game.

Tyson deteriorated with age, while Lewis got better. It’s impossible to say the outcome if they had met in each other’s prime. Lewis was very adept at changing his style. Maybe the smartest heavyweight ever. He knew exactly when to retire and not get drawn back in for a big payday. Unfortunately, most heavyweights in his class stuck around too long.
