    Today is day 55✅i can't describe how much tired i am rn😢😓took long breaks but still made it till the end ❤ absolutely sweaty😅
    Day 56 ahh my legs sore but still i completed it 😩😅

  2. Two weeks shred challenge from August 2020
    — Day 1 (21.10.2024): I like this one! Used my resistance band, went well. I mean, I didn't do all the exercises like super fast but in good form. Little problems with my balance during dead lifts but apart from that?

  5. Okay but where are the people that go through the exercise and comment what they are!? Come on people, I dont have the mental ability to watch this twice and i cant just do these exercises without a glimpse of hope on how many are left 😂

  6. Me when i first started working out : In my home clothes, in my room and trying to be as quiet as possible
    Me rn : In my old PE uniform,in my room and being verbal in how much my shaking im going through that my dad had to check up on me.
