Ive reamt of the big bang and all wars ive also dreamt of the calm sernity of a divine life with hessione, my brunnette wife of sparta, though she is way too jealous to do that maybe not on 10th of jume this tear. the year all peace comes to be yup its time to practise this and finally do it on my 6th birthday for i am the perfect 10 aha

  5. Really great stuff , this lady and Paul Mckenna elite of thier field right voices tones many don't work or my mind can't tolerate thier voices but I'm flying without wings when listen Marisa or Paul , and true even in sleep , love it thanks guys ❤❤

  6. I am an skeptic normally, but I did this to myself and WOW, the thing of feeling like you controlled your arm and fingers but you didn't control them at the same time. It's so unreal. Finally something that delivers what it says! Thanks a lot!!

  7. I tried self hypnosis today.

    First I did the look up without moving the head and the closing of the eyes while letting the chin fall to the chest and then deepening myself into relaxation. Then I used the ten steps down towards the beach without much imagination (as I usually need someone else to say things for me to imagine stuff) but words were enough. After the steps I tested the mind state with the hand raising test. At first it didn't work, but I waited patiently and continued to ask for the hand to rise and it did. Then I asked myself to open my eyes, read what was written on my phone screen and type in the answer, but the hand was a bit unsure what to do so I took a notebook and a pen. I wrote whatever it came to mind (pretty weird) but as it felt like it was me influencing the answer, I let go of the influence and the hand scribbled from right to left. Impossible to read. I then asked it to draw but again the result was nothing useful. I'm thinking that I need to train myself to be able to write in full sentences and until then I could use the Yes/No method.

    The reason for the attempt was that my psychoterapist is giving me homework and I don't know how to answer, so I thought I could get the answer directly from the subconscious mind. It shouldn't be considered cheating, right?

    It seems that for now it's the conscious mind that will have to do the homework. 😅

  8. In our opinion at Hypnothera, self-hypnosis is a critical skill for everyone to have. They need to be teaching this in schools. At the very least it's a very powerful technique for emotional self-regulation. Thank you for your video.

  9. I think auto suggestion is good but making decisions based on a trembling finger is a bit spurious. But I think as you learn to relax the mind and make improvements in one’s life like organizing and adding positive affirmations, your mind will find its own way of careful consideration. Interesting 🙏🏽
