Holmes was a battle-hardened veteran with very high degree of resilience and sheer determination. Butterbean was a tough man with very high spirits to prove the skeptics wrong. He managed to go beyond his habitual four rounds. Holmes, on the other hand, kept enjoying boxing as a big part of his life without any money consideration.
