This movie was boring and horrible. Don't get me wrong I love the martial arts (Tang Soo Do karate black belt), I love martial arts movies, and Ron Hall (Kung Fu master) is the real deal martial artist but again this movie was damn boring and horrible.
The martial arts in this movie is pretty decent and its great to see Ron Hall. I love the guy and i hope to interview him one day.
But, sweet mercy this movie is bad. The pacing and the story is so awful and the insignificant reason for so much undercranking is extremely bad. So many unnecessary scenes and even character development is heavily wrird.
I'm good on this. Why even have the big guy top billed kn the movie poster to play on that HE'S doing the Kung Fu in the movie? Because him and thay Nick guy is as interesting as wet paint drying.
For example, the Reporter left Nick at the Alter for NO reason to be explained except she loves her life? Her Career? No dramatic affect or any sort of emotuonal weight?!
I don't mind that she asked him to marry her. Thats awesome and romantic! But….the play up or even any sort of dramatic lead up or development was mortifying. I don't care if this is a B movie, I've seen more dramatic tones play up well in other movies, but is this worst.
I've seen some bad Kung Fu movies and I can see Brandon Tenold ripping this movie apart. While not the worst I've seen, this was by far the most cheesiest flicks I've ever seen from the genre.
This is a 3/10, at best. Juat telling it like it is.

Not a proper martial arts B-movie. No family grudge match to drive a revenge arc, no underground tournament, no shirtless interracial fight scene, no training montage and destroying clay pots with punches and kicks, no drama between MC and former student gone bad, so basically just some skit with a few fight scenes.

Ron hall, is one of the best martial artists, who unfortunately, is little known to the general public; deserved more attention! Excellent his participation in bloodsport 2! I didn't know about this movie!👏👏🖒
