  1. More of a sales pitch for transparent labs. Also, using very light weight hitting twenty reps. I mean he’s not a big guy, like 170lbs so he doesn’t / can’t lift heavy, hence why he is able to do twenty reps. Just two exercises for triceps is not recommended, minimum is three per each bicep and tricep, if able add one more exercise to the tricep as it is a larger muscle than the bicep.

  2. Don't know how old you are, but I am 59, and though I look pretty good for my age, I can't wait to integrate this regimen into my arsenal for arms. I typically do 10-12 reps to failure, but I'm willing to increase the rep range if it will increase growth. Thanks for the info

  3. Is that your private, personal gym??! I’m just surprised, the gym is either closed or you somehow have the entire gym to yourself. I’m amazed if that’s your personal, home gym.

  4. Im not disputing that he knows what hes doing but, i dont understand why he did more on biceps when triceps are a bigger muscle group. I thought it would have been 2 exercises for triceps and one for biceps

  5. Triceps account for three-quarters of muscle in the arm… I would add addtl. exercise then for tri's to balance out the workload.. Machine pushdowns or overhead press..

  6. Paul, im sorry brother but glutamine is pretty much a usless supplement product!!! You dont need that fir a supplement i even tried that last year and i even read that in article on net. when ppl sell you that its bs!! I got a whole bottle of that crap left over. Well for Aerobic and endurance purposes it's a total waste of money!!! Its not like going to prevent you from getting a cold during intense excercise either. Its so abundant in the body and you get from the food you eat. It is optimal for POST workout like after all the workouts but not significantly. BCAAs are not enough!! There are only 3 of them. You need lysine as well. Nitric oxide is L-Citrulline + L Argnine. Eggs are the only thing i know has 20 essential amino acids (EAAs). But its high in Cholesterol.
