  1. The sentencing makes me sick! My boyfriend got 18 to 36 months upstate for a probation violation for stolen cds! He was sentenced before he had the court date for the cds and the plaintiff dropped the charges so he went to state prison for nothing and did almost 2 years! The judge who sentenced him was the one who was responsible for the kids for cash so now in my county you cannot be sentenced for violations before you’re found guilty of the charge!

  2. How did this kid get out of Juvie? He needs to pay for his crime and gets the help he needs… He's an accomplice- his older bro said he knew where to hide the car, and was told not to go inside the car with him and did anyways… He needs Juvie- 1 year, 2 years max!
