  2. Hey Jake this seems to be a great work out!! I am from Germany and unfortunately I watched it at a very late time so there's no chance to get it done right away but I promis to do it it and let you know my result. I'm also into martial arts (Wing Chun & Escrima for years) and do a lot of cross fit besides to stay fit an in shape although I'm almost 50 already. Since you alway seem to strive for new challenges you may want to try this, short and extremely intense workout 🙂
    Do it for time:
    1st round: 10 Burpees/10 climbers (Place your hands to the side of your hands for the full range of motion)/10High Jumps (Knees touch the shoulder)
    2nd round: 25 Burpees/25climbers/25 High Jumps
    3rd round:  10 Burpees/10 Climbers/10 High Jumps
    Can you do it in under 5 minutes??
    Note that top athlets can do it in under 4 minutes
