This headset holder is very practical and appears to be sturdy. Installation was super easy and within 20 seconds, the headset holder was set up in the top right corner of my monitor. There is a sticky patch at the back, but I didn't even need it, because the tightening ratchet is enough to hold the item in place. My monitor is flat in the back, so if your monitor is angled or curved, the adhesive patch will likely come in handy.
The holder bar swivels in 45° increments; I set mine to 90°, but you could point it forward or backwards if you prefer.
The corner of the holder covers around 8mm of the monitor's front at the top and on the side. I had no problems accessing the x button on various computer software, because my monitor has a 5mm frame, which allows for 3mm leeway, and that was enough to not cover the 'document close' button or other options that are often located in the top right of a computer screen in full-screen-mode.
Overall, I think this helper is a nice addition to my computer setup and clears away some clutter from my desk space. I think it will hold up very well.
