I’m guessing she has a mental disorder. I’ve had plenty of people flip out but that screams a disorder. By her actions, her dress, and her talk I’d say it’s mental. Maybe went off her meds or added something to em. Crazy world though so anything is possible. Working on the force for 30 years and I still find things that surprise me. Keep life interesting. 🤘🏻
