The hissing only occurs if your radio is playing, it's the UFO's interfering with radio signals. Turn your radio off and the hissing will stop.

The alien survival was wak af! I picked up the rail gun, and all of a sudden, I couldn't use my unholy hell bringer. I had plenty of ammo left, as it showed, and it just greyed it out. Wtf?! And if it's like the graveyard survival from earlier this month, then the ammo used isn't even worth the payoff. Perhaps I'm missing something, perhaps I'm not.

I have GTA+ and Judgement Day is in Featured Series and it was insane money I was making for playing a couple of games….and it's actually kind of fun when you are not part of The Riders.
Dang, I forgot Street Dealer stuff was 2x this week. I usually ignore them since they just take away from my C M and A labs. I usually only M & C from the MC club (funny, huh?).
GTA Web is a great source. we use them frequently. if you are at a dealers spot you can check the map while at one and it may show you the other 2 locations on the map. it takes out the guess work. GTA Web helps a lot as well. like my vice is the blue dots (Exotic Exports) for the Halloween Ceberus. to me its a lot of fun when i find one, and big Rusty is there waiting to pounce. even if you push the car forward , he will go after you. not the car. thanks for the video @Hazard. have a great day everyone.

You can’t attack the street dealers. It doesn’t connect when you punch them, so no worries if you accidentally punch them when you get done selling to them.
