I had a realtor tell me that the Chinese are buying up American houses in a questionable way. The company BlackSTONE (not blackrock) is a chinese company (I think it is Home something) that has a subsiderary (or an offshoot) that helps people who need more money up front to buy a house to qualify. They loan the prospective home owner the money with a 2 year payoff (knowing they can't afford the payment on the money they are being loaned) and they wait the 2 years then call in the loan. When the homeowner can not pay it off they confiscate the house. This has been going on a while. I would not be surprised if those houses are where the chinese illegal immigrants are going for housing under the radar.
I fo believe Blackrick and Vangard as well as some others ARE buying up houses. Their quest for money and power knows no bounds.

I am an individual and have acquired 5 homes over my life with my own hard work and effort. I am HARASSED multiple times weekly by phone calls "wanting to buy my property". I dont have ANY of them listed for sale. These are no doubt operatives trying to gobble up all of the homes so that you will not be able to buy and will be forced to rent from them.
