There is an ocean not far from this area, Iraq has resources to desalinate the water and pump it to marsh…but they won’t because the marsh people are hated by all. Poor buffalo are dependent on stupid people. Also this has nothing to do with climate change and everything to do with the Iraq government and their incompetence! Good grief the population keeps increasing and those people need water…maybe desalination some water and replete marsh instead of trying to kill each other…duh!
