  1. I’m a massage therapist & was thinking of doing this every Friday, which happens to be my busiest day of the week. Is it better to do a 24 hour fast when physically active or not physically active?

  2. I do my bulk cooking on Saturday. I work as a nurse Mon-Fri and work about 50 hours a week in another city. With drive time it comes out to about 60 hours a week. Even though I spend my Saturdays cooking, I somehow forget to eat. It's not unusual for me to go from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch with mainly coffee and water. If I start feeling weak or extremely fatigued, I'll eat eggs or Greek yogurt. I'm 59 and my weight is normal. I'm working on losing about 10 lbs that I gained over the holidays. (Darn you Julie and your homemade chex mix! Lol)
