  2. did these back during covid times & lost motivation… here I am day 1 & it feels just so good to move my body! “For you are fearfully and wonderfully made” was my motivation bc how blessed am I to have a body that can still move & groove 🎉☺️

  3. 10/07/2024= Day 1 completed ✅ I feel burn and sweat like crazy and somehow my abs starting to love me and hate me at the same time I’m so going to do this workout again thank you Chloe 🤗🥰

    Day 1 ✅ (I felt the burn and sweat A LOT) it felt so amazing!
    Day 2 ✅ (I did half of the workouts and substituted the rest for other workouts since it was late and I got tired 😭
