  1. doing this every other day (bc i do pilates the other days) for 1 month until my birthday (july 8th)!! 😀
    but also i'll do it when i can.
    also doing: diet, eating more protein, controlled portions, 2l of water daily.

    day 1:(june 10th) ✅ wow. honestly that was so good! but man, those lunge jumps have made me realize how much little strength i have on my legs lol. i sweat too. will do this again tmr morning.

    day 2 (June 11th)✅: yup, same as yesterday.

    day 3 (June 13th) ✅✅: did 2 reps cuz I was tired while doing the first one but after finishing I felt energized so I did it again.

    I couldn’t do it for the past few days cuz I didn’t have time I was on a trip
    so I’m resetting my streak

    I forgot to track my workout but I think today's Day 9: Yes completed!!

I have done a lot of hit workout Bt yours is the one I sweated that much 😅just in 10 mn .I am on a 30mn walk for 30 days challenge so anytime I’m not able to take that walk cause of my schedule I come runnin to YouTube for videos . And from today I’ll only run to your videos . 💃💃💃💃oh my God my heart is still panting . And they are so fun and sweaty . Love youuuu😅

  4. This is my third session of cardio this week, and I really enjoyed it. I was tired of alternating between lying down and standing exercises. In addition to this session, there will be other sessions with slightly different options. You can think of this as the third day of the week. Tomorrow is the next day.
    My meal consists of two protein shakes, overnight casein, meat and vegetables. I also take vitamins B1 and L-carnitine, and a fat burner. I drink 2-3 liters of water each day. At the moment, my weight is 109 kilograms. Let's go !
