that target location had once been a nice location . The whole downtown shopping district on market was nice too! I live with my family in San Francisco in the ingleside district and we shop in colma adjacent to the city when we are go to target. some neighborhood are better then others while the tenderloin is the most disgusting next to third street in the bayview district. being just as nasty. ghetto does what ghetto wants!

Better to bankrupt property firms and devaluate their properties, and devaluate the tax value of SF to drop the tax. When businesses fail to find a property that fits a profitable business model, there are no businesses, no jobs, and crowds of poor folks trying to survive by any means possible—time of food trucks, RV residences, and Amazon lockers.
California got too rich and forced me to have medical insurance I hadn't asked for.
And City government continues to cram mandates down the throats of the small businesses. Restaurants owner pay a tax to use their equipment, fined if the recyclables bins have been looted, health taxes, surcharges etc. Oh and it's ok for an out of city/county food truck to park in front of restaurant selling the same type of food.
I am european and I feel very sorry for this situation in the US…
