Here are two exercises for ankle mobility!
There are many things you can do, but I personally just do
1.) Calf raises on a stairstep (or leaning against a wall).
2.) Tibialis raises
Just doing these 2-3x a week (maybe at the end of your leg day or squat session) should increase your mobility and stability! Plus you get some resistance to injury.
Have a great day!

My problem with my ankles is not forward or up/down, but fall inward (towards each other) and my shoes don't wear evenly. What kind of exercise can I do to strengthen my ankles so they don't fall inward? 💖🌞🌵😷
Thanks bro love the content you put out it’s so helpful. Gives me good ideas to help my patients out too.
How about knee strengthening? These videos are awesome ❤
I’m watching this video again conveniently being laid up with a sprained ankle 😂. I guess I’ll take Hampton’s advice more seriously this time 🤪

Great! Coffee while I strengthen my foot
but ive done this stuff before but it was never a permanent fix if i stop stretching my ankles go back to being tight
deep squat hurts my lower back if i do it too often, which has even caused immobility for a few days, how can i reinforce my lower back to prevent this?
You’re so helpful. Stay humble and kind ❤💚
Can this exercise be done after an ankle sprain for strengthening?
Lol😂 @ feeling foxy
Could you add some core exclusive workouts to the app? Maybe a diet section
I’m feeling quite foxy today
The problem is, kids are forced to sit still 8 hours a day for 13 years in school, forced into sports or wxtracurriculars where they may ger injured, and get called hyperactive by adults when all they wanna do is play and have fun.
who else needs this because they keep injuring their ankles skateboarding
The first workout I got a crack out of😮😮😊
thanks a lot
I’m 19 and my ankle mobility is horrible after I sprained my ankle a few years ago. I didn’t really think much of it but now it worry’s me that I can’t even do a deep squat without lifting up my heels when it should be pretty easy for me.
Easy for Asean =))
