  2. I read someplace that when you laugh it does help your body heal things. When sad it can feed cancer cells. Our minds and our body is connected. I know I have been very sad since my mother died in 2014 we were very close and since then my health has declined considerable. but with eating better, meditation and self help Im doing much better.
