  1. I have several relatives who lived until they were 95-105, and my impression is that the diet matters very little in comparison to genes when determining how long someone will live for.

  2. All you need to do is look at the longest living population is the world. They don't eat steak and drink whiskey for breakfast. They follow the diet and lifestyle of Dr. Tucker.

  3. READ GENESIS CHAPTER 5 These guys were 800yrs old 930yrs old 807yrs old 905yrs old etc…God tells theTRUTH & the truth will set you Free 😊👌 ……. For God so loved the world he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have Eternal life – JOHN 3 V 16

  4. Not all of us are in a line of work that we can continue into extreme old age. In fact for many of us it is a slog to get to retirement – good attitude or not.

As for the diet, if Dr Tucker can get through a full working day on a bowl of berries and milk and no lunch, well good for him. As for me I need a bit more substance to my diet to feed my working body.

All-in-all if this is what it takes to live to over 100 I’m probably not going to make it.

  5. My neighbor drank whiskey and smoked cigars EVERY day. He died at 102. So, since everyone is promoting "yogurt" mung beans and twigs, I'll promote that.

  6. Much ado about nothing: centenarians have good genes (first) and lead a more or less healthy life in general (second). My uncle lived to 90 and was a chain-smoker, ate whatever he liked and, speaking of sport, he watched on TV! He was never ill.
