  1. That’s good ol’ Illinois for ya! We get these entitled, narcissistic, criminal, A-holes in office so they can live the high life on our dime! Despicable! This is why people like me are SO done with this state!

  2. After watching many of these videos, I am wondering if police officers are trained in the use of handcuffs. In each case whether violent or simple resistance the police cannot get handcuffs secured. In this case they have an incapacitated female who gets out of cuffs in seconds which causes an unsafe condition for the police and the arrested. What’s up. Am I wrong?
