Either im nor understanding correctly or this isnt right im doing what it though you are in the video but its causing my face to be severely open at impact can you please explain in more detail of the wrist movement
Edit: unless my hands have to be leading alot is that it?
I would suggest one works on a one piece swing. Changing different pathes mid swing takes a lot more effort and timing than the average player can perform consistently.
This is true to an extent but not bringing the club back in an ideal path will cause balance problems the brain will react to solve REFLEXIVELY and UNCONSCIOUSLY. I realized this when I worked as a starter on the 1st tee and noticed that how most the those teeing off fell off balance in their swing which made me realize I had been doing it too but not realizing it because of the way my reflexes kicked in to try to solve the problem.
While it is easy for a pro or very experienced golfer to ‘fix’ a poor position at the top of on the way down the way an unschooled beginners brain will solve the problem of imbalance at that point is to swing the club head outside-in which keeps them in balance at impact but doesn’t result it ideal club head path or a well balanced finish.
The source of the backswing problems are usually a combination of poor grip and conceptual, thinking that the hands need to lift and steer the club in the backswing when the opposite is needed. You can’t push a rope and if you imagine the club head is attached to the grip with a rope and figure out how to take it back from the ball, to the top, then back down without any slack in the rope you will develop a pro-caliber swing. Practice by getting an old club and cutting off the shaft below the grip and then attach a tennis ball to the grip with a rope so the length is 45” same as driver.
I try so hard to support this guys channel he just shows pros and explains what they do. When 95% of golfers cannot swing anywhere close to a touring pro!!! Be original and teach something!
The best tip I ever got for shallowing has nothing to do with club or hands. It’s all about keeping your hip depth, which makes space for your hands and arms, and you naturally shallow the club.
Too many people try to make shallowing moves with insufficient space between their hips and the ball, recipe for getting stuck and humping the goat.
1 minute content makes it easy to pick and choose what info to hear.
He says “take slow swings first…” “rotate your body through”. There’s info here that’s easy to miss but it’s essential. Top comment here says it best. Proceed with caution. If you’re going to get this into practice, it’s worth the time to take the time to make it right
you will shank balls coming too inside i thought i was over the top turns out i was coming so far inside that i was swinging at pretty much a 45 dagree angle
Another great video. I have been practicing this swing tip for 2 weeks. It's absolutely fantastic. I'm currently a 8.2 index. I'm trying to get down to a 5.0 or less.
Also the grip size is important. I went for a fitting 5 days and they told me my grips were small for my hand size which affects my swing.
Right wrist ulnar flexion
Bowed wrist or limp wrist?
but you must have a good grip with the right hand, so that it can mirror the left and bow and flex to apply the strike correctly.

This kimchi swing is ugly as fk 😂
The wrist bow depend on the grip. With a stronger grip, you don’t need to bow the wrist as much.
Now I understand Tigers comment. Don’t watch fucking YouTube.😂😂

No wonder you hit it thin so much lol
Can you please do a drill that shows how to do this? I feel like I’m struggling with this right now.
I tried bowing the wrist and was shanking it lol
Doesn’t help 👍
Then hits a bad shot
I love watching you hit the ball. I don't know what your hcp is, but you make it look easy.
This is bad YouTube instruction. Do not follow this fad; you’ll only get worse.
That last swing was opposite

Can you explain Charles Barkleys backswing?
Just slow down the back swing and hit the damn ball and it will naturally do the swing you can do. It will go right down the middle too.
My best tip is to use your right arm as the dominant arm to strike the ball and the left arm as a flimsy guide for the club path
This is a bad tip video
Nice tip bro
You shouldn’t have to think about shallowing if the club is in the right place
Just started doing this and I feel like my slice is going away! I need so much more practice but I’m getting there!
Thinking about backswing before a shot is always a killer for me
We don't agree
The last one shank hahahaha

The wrist bow was a game changer for me.
