One of my alaska huskeys was gone for three weeks in the Norwegian winter some years ago. We lived literally in the middle of the forest. I search for him every single day. And used several local web sites. Then I got a phone call from some one that had gotten a phone call from a jogger on a gravel road in the middle of nowhere that had seen a large black and white dog. He was 3 hours away from home, probably on his way home. That was a happy dog when I found him. 🙂 He is laying on the coach rigth now. The strange thing is, he had been roaming around in the forest for three weeks, but was in really exelent shape.
I found this one amuzing. 😀 But a word of advice, do not fly a drone to close to my house to "have a look". It will cost you a drone, I do have buck shot. 😉
