  1. First off wowza congrats impressed and also, i am doing this challenge but I am doing 3 days worth in one day and then repeating, the last day obviously I will only have two days worth since it is for 14 days but then once I am done with that the next day I srtart over with 3 more, days and lemme tell you that it sucks but is honesty so cool that people do this as a routine and I learned how to do that so cool. ❤❤❤ luv ur content btw

  2. I struggled with my weight for years. No matter what I did, the pounds wouldn’t come off. I tried different diets and exercises, but nothing worked. Then I found a simple method that didn’t need anything complicated. It worked almost right away! The weight started to drop, I had more energy, and I finally felt better about myself. I can't post it here but it's on my channel

  3. Hey Susie! Thank you so much for sharing your adventure in this challenge. You're genuine and I love the realness in everything you went through. So proud of your accomplishment!

  4. i…….I love this girl's personality and aura…………it just feels good and comforting ….like I was watching one of my own homies out on a video !!!!!
    (well….I know that's an off-topic comment but……..that's just what I felt …..he-hehe >.<)👑

  5. now I must try this an probably die cause I am also very extremely unfit and flimsy. I can take one step and fall or I can run like 5 feet and be out of breath and dying already. I need to motivate myself like you did for yourself an if I try to give up I will rewatch this video so please remind me to come back here I will start my journey tomorrow.

  6. I wanna do the two week shred challenge, but I genuinely can’t. My body can’t keep up with even her warm-up videos. She’s much more fit than I am and even people who are unhealthy or who are like the woman in this video, unfit, but not terribly unhealthy, can keep up. I’m more worried about my body giving out during the workouts because even when I do the warm-ups, what happens is that my knees and my elbows and my back and the back of my thighs start giving out. I hear my poor knees cracking, and just yesterday some type of noise came out of my elbow when I was doing her one warm-up video where you crawl on the floor into a plank and then back to standing position. I’m terribly unhealthy so even doing that five minute warm-up is the equivalent of a workout for me. Speaking of workout I have to go work out and go on a walk.

  7. I think the thing about the small loss of weight is, that instead of losing the weight, you probably build muscles instead (I‘m not a doctor or anything but that makes sense for me)
