I’m raw vegan most things there’s a ton of nutrients in the skin… just can’t be blasted with chemicals etc. even banana peel has more potassium than the banana itself. 244g of protein Gez. I’m surprised Jeff would suggest you eat that much seeing as how he touts so often that .7g/lbs is actually more then enough for most people and only going up to 1g/lbs if you’re in a cutting phase to potentially protect you from muscle loss

I wish there was a budget friendly food option that still follows this. I generally only eat twice a day, maybe a small snack but I work so much. All that food monthly would be so much money, and it isn’t possible for most people to eat 5-6 times a day due to time alone. Is there a good plan for eating 2-3 times for cheap? Anyone have ideas? I’m willing to listen haha
