I am having rheumatoid arthritis due to which there deformity in my toes bunions in my big toe . Third toe overlapping the fourth toe which is at times painful. Can I get rid of this. I do yoga exercises which has made less painful. Any exercise you can recommend.
Actually some of the therapist exercises were very helpful for my bunions, and started to make it my big toe straighter.

mine was caused by a stupid podiatrist who made orthotics with a metatarsal pad that I never needed or wanted I only wanted a pair that worked well as he has made before and just needed a fresh pair he never told me to use these with a wider toe box footwear/sneaker and it squeezed my toes causing chafing and also caused a tailors bunion. I never had these. he ruined my feet podiatrist can ruin your feet watch out he retired I wanted to sue him its causing a lot of foot problems. where to get the little ball???

Is there a point that the bunion is so severe that surgery is required? Asking for a friend. They are severe, but there is no pain associated with most activities. They do look painful and folks think they must hurt. 🙄🙄
