I have osteoporosis in the lower back and was told by doc not to twist or do any kind of sit ups (I know you are not doing actual sit ups but similar). Wish I could do to get a flat stomach.

I did that exercise too and well as you can see I look like a skeleton luckily it was right around Halloween so soon as I won the best Halloween contest costume so they thought I went on a Fast Food and Pizza binge just to get some flesh on my bones that's a great exercise so be careful you're only supposed to do it once I did it three times turned into a skeleton
