Im going to start my own Garden ,eat what is good for me ,like my parents did back in the 60 s , we never went Grocery shopping we had everything we needed. Sad how much Toxic food is now .😢 I miss the ole days 😭
In the last 75 yrs, we live to impress others. We build a concrete jungle, no earth to walk on, the grass is plastic. Our food is all abt looks just like our clothes… lol

Big time scam. My wife spent her social security check for a 10x genetic test. We had to contact his organization 3 times before receiving the results, which were a generic confusing response. When she asked for more clarity on the results, she was told to pay $199 for more specifics. And the 10x supplements were $180 a month. What a shame to tale advantage of a senior like this.
Don't add "flavoured organic Greek youghurt". Ok! Why just flavoured "organic Greek" yoghurt? Why not all yoghurts flavoured with sugar?
