    Ive been eating egg whites, spinach almost every morning. I eat grilled chicken and i usually weight lifting about 4 days every week

    When I eat a snack it's thr low carb greek yogurt and sometimes i put walnuts in it

  4. Im going to start my own Garden ,eat what is good for me ,like my parents did back in the 60 s , we never went Grocery shopping we had everything we needed. Sad how much Toxic food is now .😢 I miss the ole days 😭

    We go to sleep with a plan or goal yet we fail the true goal of life.. to live intentionally with purpose in harmony with nature.
