  1. NOOOOOO!!! The only thing that works is the intermittent fasting keto carnivore vegan bovine endproduct diet!!! If you eat a sandwich, you will DIE! If you oatmeal, you will DIE even more!!

I always feel like bitchslapping self proclaimed internet gurus who seem to thing they have the ultimate diet.

  2. It probably helps that he only eats that amount of carbs while most of us can't hold back and eat twice or three times that much and don't exercise as much as he does. So yeah, most carbs do most overweight people no good.

  3. Same thing, for forty years, I would eat tons of carbs and then go run miles every day, trying to burn the damn things off. Why it took me getting to 62 to figure out it was better to just never eat them in the first place, I'll never know.

  4. The only reason why you get away with it is because you are very active, i was the same until i slipped a disc and had to stop and then the fat piled on! Carbohydrates is all sugar and if you are not active enough you will get fat trust me on that!
The only thing that has worked for me to lose this fat while not being as active due to my injury is cutting down on the carbs not the fats!

  5. Cutting carbs to lose weight is such an old myths and people don't understand the why or the how anytime I lost weight I was consuming the same if not more carbs unless you are benching three plates and squatting and deadlifting 455/495 just worry about your damn training and creatine and protein that's it or if you need a pre-workout other than that you're wasting your time and time that can be spent sleeping or exercising or just having a better life in general obsessive over something you're not that good at yet it's really not a good idea seriously you need to start on a basic strength training regimen and get the fundamentals using linear progression there's no shortcuts or anything the shortest way is to get the exercise done properly and work hard

  6. Guys, let’s be realistic..if you need someone to inspire you then you’ll need to look for a influencer (or people around you) that just like you who working all days barely have a time for grocery let alone gym but still in shape and slightly visible abs.

  7. Sir, don't mind ..all your workout explanation is above all levels but I think you should personally gain more weight. You look really and skinny though you are not. A couple of more weight will do you good. It's a free advice…you can take it or leave it.
