You kinda don’t need to incorporate both dips and bench in your routine. They have basically the same strength gains and hypertrophy. If you include both, you might have to be sacrificing some other exercises. If you don’t sacrifice anything, you might me overtraining.

Do 6-12 sets for the chest per week every set till failure. Train upper chest more as it looks better and is harder to grow.

Flat bench already works middle & lower chest
And then you do incline bench for upper chest
Alternatively if you don’t have access to benching you can do decline push-ups (upper chest) and dips (lower chest)

You not need low because BP Grow lower quite great . If you get really stronger on Flat BP you will get that good looking lower chest .
