  1. its not the $25 its the principle. She deserves to be punished for it drunk or not. Who the hell is she to deserve a break? Entitled spoiled rich people think they can do whatever they want without consequences

  2. I'm usually on the officer's side, but this one is some BS. These females officers seem to be a bunch of delicate little snowflakes. Policing is a combat job. You need to be a little tougher than this.

  3. Officers are a bunch of dickheads. The woman is completely in the wrong of course, but the driver is just working, he didn't have time to sit around for all this BS. Just call the dude.

  4. People who continue to resist and lash out after they're in cuffs baffle me. Once you are at that point, literally all you can do is make things significantly worse for yourself. That kick you got in is going to hurt the officer wayyyy less than that felony is going to hurt your life…. At the most drunk I have ever been, I still have the ability to understand logic, reason, and consequences to know resisting and fighting officers is only going to end badly for me, once you've made it that far, all you can do is lose more. No cop will ever say "she's being too difficult, cut her loose and drop the charges…"

Although I am not really a drinker, I did get plastered on a number of occasions in my youth, but never lost the ability to act reasonably and understand consequences. That's why I have little sympathy for people who use being drunk as an excuse to do dumb shit.

That and both my parents were alcoholics, both with their own versions of Mr. Hyde, yet people are always surprised to find out I am drunk and say I just seem tired. I understand it affects some people differently, but I really struggle to understand the severe personality shift some people go through, without believing that it's willful to some degree. My mother doesn't even need to be drunk, after literally one glass of wine she is an entirely different person.

  5. I love how the girl acts like a total smart ass then goes hardcore victim once arrested, people need to understand that even if you don’t agree with cops, you need to respect them and comply. Or else this is what happens. Also I hope that cop gets in trouble for trying to gaslight the uber driver into not pressing charges
