  1. When pulling water back, relaxed arm can catch more water than stiff hard muscle arm. You can feel the difference around arm. But still need some shoulder muscle to put some amount of water. 😊

  2. If you are having trouble breathing, like I did, check whether ur head is in a neutral position. I found I used to lower my head too much such that when I turn to the side to take a breathe my mouth doesn't clear the water and I'd end up chugging water

  3. My struggle now is I don't keep my head deep enough in the water, and therefore my head does not create that air-pocket thing when you try to take a breath to the side. I feel like I need to lower my head more to help create that wake which then creates the air pocket

  4. I’m trying to find the perfect video on how to swim because I am going to represent the school at a swimming gala and I am not a good swimmer and it’s not that long away and I’m so nervous

  5. Bro my mum put me in swimming lessons when I was 9 years old u was so embarrassed because the people where so much younger I should have new this earlier😭😭

  6. I have to breathe on every stroke. I exhale thru mouth and finish it thru nose and inhale as my left arm is extended and right arm is back. Can one breathe too often?
