    pain, pain, pain.
    paralyzing emotional pain.
    crippling.

    I live in poverty.
    have so my whole life.

    I'm an INFJ, an Old Soul, an empath,
    with severe C-PTSD,
    minor SPD, and some OCD tendencies.
    this makes living in this world,
    on this planet, extremely hard.

    I have diabetes, I have a debilitating back injury.
    I have never had a friend.
    I have never been in a relationship.

    all of this makes me wish to die.
    I can't bear it.

  3. Dear Marissa I am a fan of yours. I think you are right up to a point. Nowdays many people are hiding the truth behind beautiful words. Insteade of saying there is a problem they say a challenge. Especially the word challenge is over used. People also say " chidren with special skills instead of problems or needs". Sometimes using better words does not solve the problem. Politians are the specialist in using beautiful words to hide a realy bad situation.

    Madam, I respect you a lot. These words don't represent you. The picture you are painting is like lions are hovering in every neighborhood in Africa. I have lived there the whole of my life and I never saw even a live gazelle. But my few years stay here in Korea. Gazelles are literally present here in abundance. No one speaks that negetive of here.

  7. Thank you Marissa. I wish you were my counselor or even a friend. I needed to hear this. I know it already but life's got hard and a lot of things have gone wrong for a long time and my thinking is getting distorted. I got phenomenal coping skills they're extra super awesome and terrific and I'm going to be okay I got this ✔️✔️

  8. Since we’re talking about the importance of the language we use— this video should be titled “how to Stop CATASTROPHIC thoughts/thinking”.

    As a hyper-over-thinker— I think about stuff too long, too far down the road, too deep, too many sides and facets…over THINKING is vastly different than what you’re addressing here.

    Dare I call it clickbait— as I came for over-thinking and got doomsday /worst case scenario/ end of the world K-wrap. That’s an entirely different conversation.
