  1. Hi Zuzka! I just wanted to tell you I totally get you. And I have lived this. Our words and what we say to ourselves create the reality around us. You are a woman wise beyond your years. I am happy to have my health and want to keep it. And I do that through treating myself as someone worthy of feeling good. And that keeps me motivated to eat well and exercise. Because I have trained myself to care about me. Zuzka, you speak your words carefully, not only in this video, but the words you speak to yourself. Many will watch this video and it will not register within them. But this video speaks volumes about how the mind and our thoughts creates the world around us.   5. This is great, Zuska. Thank you so much! I am stepping up to a longer run each morning, after my workout, and now I am going to start giving myself more credit for this. At 59 years of age I am now running 3km each morning and I think I can build up to even increase this! Thank you for your guidance in turning my thoughts around to more positive vibes.
