  1. Calisthenics does work obviously you need to stay consistent and change your diet don’t do extreme dieting to the point where you’re starving yourself. Cardio will also help you lose more weight you don’t have to run walking is more than enough. Also don’t set time frames because it won’t go your way just keep working out and you’ll start to notice the changes.

  2. Started today would like advice im already good at pushups dont struggle much except for harder variations however do i need to do all of these in one day or otherwise?
