I think I’m going to play rugby this will seriously help
Thanks for explaining. I’ve decided to go pro.
Yes but rucks are also used to make metres and I think u mistakes a ruck for a scrum, this is perfect information if you want to understand not play, rucks need to be shown in real life
99% don't about what is ragby,we loves cricket and little bit football popular there, but i think ragby batter option to recover from football
I’m baffled that this video is clearly not made with rugby in mind. American football posts, really?🤔

How to play Rugby on an American Football ground.
No help
Me here for the 2024 Olympics🤣🤣🤣
what an awkward game! football is much better
Many comments keep thanking them for a clear or good explanation, but there's a lot of bad explanation here. Some of it is marginally correct and I applaud the effort at least, but there is so much wrong here. First, rugby does not use a ball that looks like an American football. The initial teams graphic looks like players wearing pads (they do not) and makes no attempt to show any normal formation at a restart kick. The explanation for what a tackled player does with the ball is terrible, as well as the subsequent "ruck" which looks more like a scrum (which doesn't form that way). Goal posts are not like American football goals and are not typically at the back of the goal. When a kicker attempts a goal kick, all opposing players must be behind the goal line. This shows them both behind and in front of the kicker.
thats an NFL goalpost not a rugby one
these are union rules. in league u have the ball for 6 six tackles and a try is 4 points not 5.
And im scrum half
Bruh i played all season and never knew fully how to play
Kinda looks like football.
Yea…. Sport still makes no sense…
Thank You Thank You Becuase…

In a tournament rn, gotta quickly learn how to play
I literally haven’t played in 8 years now i forgot how to and I’m trying to get On a team lmao
Cool!!!
In union, you have to fall to the ground then place the ball back to your team.
Thank you so much for explanation:)
i got accepted to a rugby team because im tall and fat but i dont how to play it this helped me a lot thanks
this is amarican football
There's only so much you can cover in 2 minutes, but for those interested, releasing the ball 'immediately' and the ruck at end of video are oversimplified explanations and a bit misleading.
you are a life saver. my teacher basically forced me to join the rugby team and i had no clue how to play.
i have a match today and have zero idea on how to play it
Booty cheeks explanation
man this looks really really gay. All those sweaty men rubbing and feeling their hands all over the balls….
Fuckin terrified because everyone is saying that I’m gonna break my spine
little bit of feedback, if this ever gets re edited – may I suggest not using figurines of American football players – put in proper rugby posts, and use a rugby ball in the animations.
Basically just english version of american football lmao
In the UK (at least in my school) rugby was mandatory for PE in secondary school in the winter, an hour every week, but I love this game so much I did rugby club in primary school and interhouse rugby every year in secondary. It seems to be a rite of passage that an 'initiation' into secondary school is having a boiling hot (literally) gumshield held in your mouth for rugby as part of the school uniform!
