  1. Decide to transform and to change:What kind of pictures i put in my head?What kind of words i say inside to myself? Positive thinking, talking the positive things in place to the negative, choose the positive words and pictures. Remember it is not permanent and it is someone s fantasy dream. Give yourself love.   2. – dont focus on the worst possbile outcome
    – focus on the best possible outcome
    – rationalize a solution and talk yourself out of anxiety
    – this is a problem but i can cope
    – avoid the language negative thats personal or permanent or pervasive
    – fill up your mouth with saliva
    – stroke ur face & chin
    – drinking water
    – shoulders down

  3. Absolutely wonderful and appropriate for my son who has paralyzing anxiety and depression. His blood work done and may have Babesia. He’s in such a bad way, he wants to die. I hope he’ll try this! Thank you!
