  1. Another way to increase strength is by performing negatives. Start in the up position on one leg and drop as slow as you can to the ground. Perform 3 to 5 repetitions and 3 to 5 sets. As your strength increases, you will be able to start from the bottom position and go up. I love your videos and especially how you lead us by the hand step-by-step throughout the entire process explaining in detail why.

  2. I am definitely guilty of being a person who convinces myself to avoid pistol squats you’re right zuzka it definitely is mind over matter think it believe it achieve it great info and demonstration to helping the masses complete a pistol squat you look absolutely amazing queen

  3. Thanks Zuzka for the tips & everything you said about limiting beliefs 😁 The way you broke the pistol squat down into so many aspects where the problem might be & how to improve it, and starting at such an extremely basic level made problems making progress in many areas of my life finally click for me.

Kind of like Bill Murray's (Bob) finally able to apply the "baby steps" from the movie "What About Bob?" w/Richard Dreyfus. Bob finally heard the recommendation that one extra time he needed or in a different way so it finally clicked and actually made sense to him and driving his psychiatrist crazy in the process 🤣

Somewhat similar to when I learned to unicycle. I had to "look through a microscope" to find ways of making progress 🤥 which I was able to do bk I had such a HUGE desire to want to learn to mountain unicycle, I was willing to look at everything that might POSSIBLY help, and break it into the tiniest of steps🙃, like could I feel the tire rolling over a gum wrapper.

Now I need to figure how to apply your ideas about limiting beliefs to other areas of my life🙃 I'll start w/ the pistol squat, now that I know how to break it apart in 10 X's as many ways as I've heard b4.

  4. I am listening to everything you’re saying and I love that you are providing ways to have a better mindset with things in life. I always try to help people to think better of themselves and to learn to love and value who they are by taking care or their mind and body. You are inspiring and thank you for being that positive person and for changing people lives for the better.

  5. SOME OF THESE ARE OR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT WORRIED WITH MAKE A REPLACEMENT PART LAST .
IN THIS RESPECT , ONE DOES NOT HAVE A LIMITED PERSPECTIVE , RATHER WOULD EXPLORE OPTIONS TO LOSE WEIGHT WITH OTHER EXERCISES YOU DO .
    LIKE THE MUSIC ……
