  3. I recommend NOT TO DO THIS. I have felt nothing but discomfort since originally trying this back in April when it was first released. Plus there are more than just two sphincters. I believe there is something lost in translation.
    I have tried other videos that work nicely (such as for the face) but recommend not trying this one concerning internal organs. Just my opinion through my experience.

  4. I just started to watch your videos and felt inspired. I noticed something and it is possibly the translation but at 9.34 where you are showing the coccyx on the skelleton, that is not the coccyx. Can you please explain?

  5. I’ve tried this and now seem to feel bloated whenever I eat. Not sure this is a good thing to try as the translation be too poor to explain properly and Dr doesn’t seem to respond to peoples questions

  8. Well. All videos are very useful. If u do demo with live person will be better understanding. Esp. this clockwise anti-clockwise podition is a little confusing in our body.❤
