  1. Okay so… I just checked and both ways are correct. You should have told us you can also do this by multiplying 0.5. Now it makes total sense. Maybe my math isn't that great but 16 glasses of water just to lose weight does sound a bit too much

  2. Ah your explanation made more sense than what you wrote on the board with lbs x 0.5. It didn't tell us to divide by 2. That was a little hard to understand when your board is written differently than what you say.

  7. Hi guys, I'm a mother of 2 and I want to lose weight. I've tried everything in the past, but nothing worked. I've tried IF, keto, paleo, Atkins, no carb, etc, but nothing helped me to shed off the excess pound for good. I came across this article online stating that a simple coffee tweak can boost your metabolism and thus help you lose weight. I think my slow metabolism has a lot to do with me not losing weight despite trying everything. Could you please take a look at it and tell me whether it's genuine or not?
